Teen Patti Table Hire London
The three-card game at the heart of every Diwali.
Teen Patti is the card game of South Asian celebrations. Played at weddings, Diwali nights, Eid parties and family gatherings across India and the diaspora, it’s the table guests recognise the moment they walk in. We hire it out for Asian weddings constantly, and it’s the single game that does the most work in setting the right cultural tone for an evening.
Teen Patti, dealt by a croupier who teaches as they go
How It Plays
Teen Patti (literally “three cards”) is played with a standard 52-card deck. Each player is dealt three cards face down. Players take turns to play (or fold) on the strength of their hand, with the option to play “blind”, without looking at your cards, putting in fewer fun-money tokens, or “seen”. Hands rank from a high card up to a Trail (three of a kind), with a Pure Sequence (straight flush) sitting near the top. The last player standing, or the highest hand at showdown, wins.
We can also run Andar Bahar on the same table, the lightning-fast guessing game that pairs naturally with Teen Patti for variety.

- The hand rankings are like poker, just with three cards. A pair is good; three of a kind is rare.
- Everyone pays the boot (the ante) each round. You’re in until you fold.

FAQs
Do you supply croupiers who know Teen Patti?
Yes. Our croupiers are briefed on Teen Patti and Andar Bahar before the event. The hand rankings, the play structure (“blind” vs “seen”), the chaal, the show, they handle all of it confidently and explain it to any guest who hasn’t played.
Is it legal to run Teen Patti at a private event?
Yes. At a fun casino event no real money is wagered. Guests play with fun money tokens, the croupier runs the game for entertainment, and no gambling licence is required. This applies equally to Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and every other game we hire out.
Can you run a Teen Patti tournament?
Yes. For events where guests want a structured competition, we can run a knockout tournament format with elimination rounds. Tell us when you enquire and we’ll suggest a structure that fits your evening’s timing.
